Our low prices, fast delivery and large selection of merchandise does not allow us to have open accounts. All orders must be prepaid by Certified Check, Money Order, Master Card, Visa or will be sent COD, COD fee is $8.50, Certified Check or Money Order ONLY. Also, pre-payment for mail orders must include 20% for freight.
Wisconsin residents: add 5 - 5.6% sales tax, depending on the county tax where it is being shipped to.
NOTE: No COD'S to Alaska - Please see other payment options above. Any orders paid with a money order; please include phone number.
Charge Cards
We accept Master Card and Visa. If your credit card is declined, we will attempt to reach you by phone at your daytime phone number to arrange payment of your order. If credit is issued by Central Snowmobile to your charge card, it will appear within your next two statements.
Ordering
Minimum Order
We add a $5.00 service charge to any order under $30.00
Add-Ons
If an addition to an order is called in, Central Snowmobile will attempt to add to your original order. If that order has already been processed, it will be treated as a new order and minimum requirements apply.
Back Orders
Items temporarily out of stock can be special ordered. Any items special ordered will be shipped within 7 days or if unavailable the back order will be cancelled and you may re-order at a later date. There is no freight allowance on back ordered items.
Toll Free Ordering
We provide a toll free number for ordering. Please have your order ready with quantity, part number, and description before calling. If ordering by credit card, have your credit card number and expiration date handy. If using your credit on the books, mention at the time of ordering. All orders must have a daytime phone number.
Returns
(ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREPAID)
No returns after 15 days. To assure a quick response, please send a copy of your invoice and a daytime phone number. On new parts let us know if you want an exchange, a refund, or credit to your charge card (your credit will appear within the next two statements). Any new parts returned for refund will be charged a 10% restocking fee, you may request full in store credit. When returning used or rebuilt items you will receive credit on books (minus 20% restocking fee) to be used for future purchases (not credit card refund). Electrical Parts
Absolutley no returns on electrical parts
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the products we sell. Central Snowmobile has no warranty of any kind on new or used electrical parts, since improper replacement or replacement without first testing the rest of the ignition system may damage the new part. All used parts are pre-tested before they are shipped.
Core Refunds
Please send a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the item being sent. Send entire core as it was received to assure full core refund. CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORGINIAL INVOICE. Core refunds are sent out Thursday of every other week (after we receive payment from UPS for your order). When using Master Card or Visa - credit will appear within your next two months statements.
Delivery
All orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Special shipping option are available - Three Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air. These orders must be received by 2:00 pm Central Standard Time for same day shipment unless otherwise stated. Saturday delivery is an additional $12.50 per shipment.
Shipping
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by dimension and/or weight of the package being shipped, therefore, we cannot quote shipping cost at the time your order is placed. Shipping and handling costs will br added when your order is processed using standard published rates, a processing fee of $3.00 will be added to all orders. Merchandise will be shipped UPS, US Postal Service or Federal Express unless otherwise specified. Or you may arrange your own shipping. COD fee is $8.50.
Prepaid Shipping
All Next Day Air/Second Day Air/Three Day Select orders must be prepaid - Master Card, Visa. All Canadian orders MUST be prepaid by Certified Check, Money Order or Master Card/ Visa. Alaska and Canadian orders will be shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.
Damages Shipments/Claims
Indicate DAMAGED when you sign for the order. Keep the shipping carton, hold the goods, and notify our customer service for instructions. Any damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.
Refused Shipments/Returned Checks
Any refused shipment will result in a $20.00 charge for processing plus freight charges. Any checks returned NSF will be charged a $30.00 service charge. All future orders must be prepaid with money order or credit card.
Warranties
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the products we sell. Central Snowmobile has no warranty of any kind neither expressed or implied on any product. All parts in this catalog are after-market parts intended and sold for replacement on recreational vehicles only. Not intended for use on ultralight aircraft. We believe the contents of this web site and our catalog and specifications are correct. We assume no responsibility for any errors in specifications or part numbers, price or model applications. We reserve the right to charge anything, at anytime, without notice and without further obligation. The reproduction of any material from the catalog is forbidden without written consent.
Warranties on Used/Rebuilt Items
Any used and rebuilt item is guaranteed to be structurally sound and in good usable condition.
